Baja Beach Fest is going to go down in the fun and colorful beach town of Rosarito Beach which wraps the west coast. It is a stomping grounds for wild times and is perfectly located only 30 mins south of the US/MEX border.

Ticket Questions

What do I have to present to collect my wristband(s)?

A valid government issued ID that matches the name on the order.

How many tickets can I buy?

You can purchase up to 10 tickets.

When can I pick up my wristband(s)? Can I collect it only on Friday, or also on Saturday?

You can pick up your wristband on Friday or Saturday. Will Call will open at 10 AM on both days.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

You can transfer the ticket you purchased to someone else as long as it is done 5 days or more prior to the event. To transfer your ticket email support@bajabeachfest.com

Does Baja Beach Fest issue refunds?

We have a strict no refund policy, all sales are final.

Travel Questions

Do I need a passport to go to Mexico?

We highly recommend you bring a passport with if you will be leaving and re-entering the US through an international border. However, many people do report getting across with just a drivers license.

Where are the recommended places to stay in the area?

There are hotels in Rosarito Beach that have oceanfront views and are within a quick 3-5 minutes walk from the venue.

If I drive, where do I park my car?

Papas&Beer will be offering parking for Baja Beach Fest attendees; the parking lot is safe, secure, and steps away from the event.

If you are a hotel guest, your hotel will very likely offer overnight parking, to double check, simply call your hotel.

Street parking is also available for free.

If those options are full there are several secure paid parking lots walking distance from Baja Beach Fest.

If I'm flying in, what're the nearest airports?

If you're flying in you got a couple options. Tijuana International Airport and the San Diego International Airport are both roughly a 1 hour away.

Which of the borders do you recommend crossing to get to Rosarito Beach?

It's nice and simple, just depends on where you're coming from. If you are heading down from Los Angeles, San Diego, or any City near the I-5 Freeway we recommend using the San Ysidro Port of Entry. If you are coming from more East/inland, we recommend using the Otay Port of Entry.

Do I need a Visa to go to Mexico?

No visa is required to get into Mexico as a US citizen. If you are coming from another country you will most likely also not need a visa, but it doesn't hurt to double check.

Are there seperate wristbands for each day or do I keep my wristband on the whole weekend?

You will receive one wristband to wear throughout the weekend. Please do not remove it.

Venue Questions:

Is the venue for adults only?

Yes, this is an 18+ event. ID's will be checked on your way into all the fun.

If I want an upgrade, will there be an option for VIP Tables or Cabanas?

We're stoked you're interested in upgrading your experience. VIP ticket holders do have the option to upgrade. Please email us at VIP@BajaBeachFest.com for more info & please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

Will the event be inside or outside?

Baja Beach Fest will be located outside, in front of the water on Rosarito Beach.

Are E-Cigs or Vape pens allowed?

Yes, we got no problemo with e-cigs and vapes.

I get hungry, what are my food options?

There will be a food court with a few different grub options. The town of Rosarito is also notorious for offering delicious food options on its's main strip which is a short 4-min walk from Baja Beach Fest.
