How it Works?

 

1. Spread Your Payment Over Time
Select our payment plan at checkout and pay your deposit by card. Your next installments will be automatically scheduled. Easily log in to your FrontGate Tickets account at any time to view your installment schedule or update your card details.

 

2. Easy and Automated Plan
You will receive a reminder email ahead of each installment. If a payment ever fails, no worries, we will notify you and attempt 3 more times over a 6 day grace period. Our customer experience is always available to help you.

 

3. You’re Ready To Go!
Once all your payments are completed, you’re ready to experience Baja Beach Fest 2021! Wristbands will be shipped to attendees starting in mid-July 2021.

What is the BBF Payment Plan?

Our Payment Plan is a collaboration between BBF and Front Gate Tickets that allows customers the option to pay for their Weekend 2 Passes over time. GA Passes will require $69 deposit while VIP will require a $129 deposit. The rest of your balance will be paid over 6 payments before the festival date. For more info swipe up!

Are there additional fees when buying with Payment Plans?

There is an additional $10 fee if you select the Payment Plan option. Your down payment includes that $10 fee so it will not be added ontop.

How do i buy passes with payment plans?

How do the payment plans charge me each month? Is it automatic?

Yes, once you successfully check out with the Payment Plan option, your future payments will be automatic.You will receive a reminder email ahead of each payment being processed. If a payment ever fails, no worries, we will notify you and there will be 3 more attempts over a 6 day grace period. Our customer experience is also always available to help you.

What if I lose my card that was on file?

If you have new account information, such as a new billing address or new card, please log-in to your FrontGate account to update this info.

Can I pay off my payment plan at anytime?

Yes absolutely. You can pay off the rest of your total in full at any time. To do this you will simply login to your FrontGate account which now offers a Pay in Full option.

Once you are logged in to your account, go to your “”Order History”” page and select your order. You will be given the option to pay off your order in full. If payment is approved, this would complete your payment plan and no more payments would be due.”

What if one of my payments is declined?

If for any reason your initial attempt is declined, you will be notified via email with further instructions. If you have new account information, such as a new billing address or new card, please log-in to your FrontGate account to update the information accordingly.

In order to resubmit declined payments, please log in to your FrontGate account, view Order History, select the order, and then click Manage Payment Plan. You will see the declined payment and a retry button near the decline. Click on the retry button to retry the payment. You will be emailed a receipt when the payment is successful.

Why weren't payment plans offered sooner?

With how many people inquired about Payment Plans when we were on sale for Weekend 1, we started working towards making it happen as fast as possible. The Payment Plan feature at checkout just got finalized and unfortunately wasn’t ready for Weekend 1. While we truly wish we could have had them available sooner, we are also happy to finally offer Payment Plans for those who need it.
