Festival Doors: 2 PM Daily.
Bring your valid government issued ID (photos of ID’s will not be accepted)
Pro Tip: Peak hours are from 5-7pm, plan accordingly and give yourself extra time to enter the festival grounds.
No festival re-entry past 7:30pm

Will Call Pickup

There are two Will Call locations, one in Rosarito and one in Tijuana. At Will Call, you will be able to pick up your Festival, and/or Shuttle Wristbands. Note: Tijuana pass pickup is ONLY available to Shuttle Pass holders.

Your Order Email Confirmation
Credit/Debit Card that was used for purchase (or a photo of it)
Your Photo ID & Valid Photo ID matching the Credit/Debit Card (or a photo of it)

How do I download the Baja Beach Fest Mobile App?

The Baja Beach Fest Mobile App will be launched for 2026 by the end of the month.

I accidentally put on and over-tightened my wristband, and want to remove it, what do I do?

Wristbands can’t be un-tightented. Carefully remove your wristband with scissors. Bring your damaged wristband to one of our Will Call locations and we will replace it for you. There is a $25 replacement fee. You will want to bring your confirmation email along with your government ID to Will Call.

If I plan on buying a Shuttle Pass separately, can that be shipped to me as well?

Yes absolutely. If you place your Shuttle Pass order before July 28th, then your Shuttle Pass(es) will be shipped to you. If you place the order after that deadline, you can pick up your Shuttle Pass at Will Call.
