Official Rules for Baja Beach Fest Mundial Sweepstakes (the “Program”)
No purchase is required to enter. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. INTERNET ACCESS AND A VALID E-MAIL ACCOUNT ARE REQUIRED FOR ENTRY. A mobile device may also be used to participate. Standard data and messaging rates may apply to participate in the Program via a mobile device. Please contact your service provider for pricing and service plan information and rates before mobile device participation.
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C. who are at least eighteen (18) years old or age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Officers, employees, and directors of Collecitv MX, LLC, a California limited liability company (“Administrator” and its subsidiaries and affiliates (including without limitation Collecitv PBB, LLC & La Familia Presenta, LLC) (collectively with Collectiv MX, LLC, “Sponsor”) and any other company or agency involved in the administration of this Program or the prize providers, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees, are not eligible to enter.
Entry Period: The Entry Period begins at 9 AM PST on July 5th, 2026 and ends at 11:00 AM PST on Junly 5th, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Program.
How to Enter: (1) Attend a Baja Beach Fest world cup watch party (2) Submit your final score prediction before kickoff. Only one (1) entry per person. All entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period in order to participate. Without limiting the foregoing, receipt of a registration link does not constitute a representation by Sponsor that an entry has been validated in accordance with these terms. Proof of entering information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of such entry.
Drawings: Administrator will select twenty-five (25) potential winners for the Prize. The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received by the time of the drawing. Administrator will attempt to contact the potential winners on date of a drawing. A potential winner must respond within twenty-four (24) hours. If she/he doesn’t, Administrator will select an alternate potential winner in a random drawing of all remaining entries.
Potential Winner Requirements: Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If a potential winner fails to sign and return these documents within the required time period, an alternate potential winner may be selected in his/her place in a random drawing of all remaining entries received. Only three (3) alternate potential winners may be contacted.
Prizes:
The Prize winner will receive (1) 3-Day GA pass to Baja Beach Fest 2026. Prize value: $399 USD. Important: You must be 18 years of age or older to enter.Unclaimed/Unredeemed prizes will not be awarded.
Prize Terms: The total ARV of all prices offered in the Program will not exceed $399. Unclaimed/Unredeemed prizes will not be awarded. Any difference between the ARV and the actual value, if any, will not be awarded. Limit one (1) prize per person. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The date for fulfillment of the Prize is anticipated to be on or about August 7, 2026. Winner must be available to travel to Rosarito Beach, Mexico, on August, 7-9, 2026; but all subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the prize description above, including but not limited to, airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes, gratuity or other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. If for any reason a prize is unavailable or any prize or related event is delayed, cancelled, or postponed, or for any other reason, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Program in its sole discretion and award a substitute prize, or portion of a prize, of comparable or greater value as set forth in these Official Rules. No substitution, transfer, assignment or cash equivalent of a prize, or any portion thereof, is permitted by a Winner. The Released Parties (as defined below) shall have no responsibility or obligation to a Winner who is unable or unavailable to, or who does not for any reason, accept or utilize a prize. The value of a prize will be taxable to the Winner as income. An IRS Form 1099 and W9 will be issued in the name of the winner for the actual value of the prize awarded. All U.S. federal, state and local tax liability, and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance or use of a prize not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely the winner’s responsibility. Failure to complete any component of any prize does not relieve the prize winner of his/her tax obligations associated with winning such prize. SDFC is not responsible for the collection, submission or processing of entries, the administration of the Sweepstakes or the selection of winners.
General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the operation of the Sweepstakes, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any person who seeks to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the owner of an online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the owner. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
ANYONE DEEMED BY THE SPONSOR TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THE SPONSOR’S OR ADMINISTRATOR’S INTERPRETATION OF THE LETTER AND/OR SPIRIT OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR AT ANY TIME.
Release and Limitations of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, SDFC, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (g) injury or damage to persons or property. You further agree that in any cause of action, in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
Privacy and Publicity: Any information you submit as part of the Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy . Except where prohibited participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
Disputes: You agree that any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Nevada. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Nevada, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Nevada or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Nevada.

BY ACCEPTING PRIZE, WINNERS AND ACCOMPANIED GUESTS ACCEPT THE INHERENTLY DANGEROUS NATURE AND RISK IN ANY TRAVEL OR TRANSPORTATION, SUCH RISK INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR DEATH, ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS/HER PARTICIPATION IN THE PRIZE EVENT IS VOLUNTARY, ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THERE ARE NATURAL FACTORS AND OCCURRENCES WHICH MAY IMPACT ON OR AFFECT THE SAFETY OF THE ACTIVITIES HE/SHE ISPARTICIPATING IN AND HE/SHE ASSUMES THE RISK OF SUCH FACTORS AND OCCURRENCES AND AGREES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE IN ANY WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RESULTING INJURY AND/OR DEATH. BY ACCEPTING PRIZE, WINNERS AND ACCOMPANIED GUESTS ACCEPT AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASE OR ILLNESS, BACTERIA, VIRUS, OR OTHER PATHOGEN CAPABLE OF CAUSING A COMMUNICABLE DISEASE OR ILLNESS, WHETHER OCCURRING BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER ANY THE PRIZE EVENT OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PRIZE, HOWEVER CAUSED OR CONTRACTED, AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT COVID-19 RELATED RISKS MAY INCREASE BY ACCEPTING THE PRIZE, AND/OR TRAVELING TO AND/OR ATTENDING THE PRIZE EVENT. THE RELEASED PARTIES CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT PARTICIPANTS, POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNERS, OR ACCOMPANIED GUESTS (OR ANY OTHER PERSON, INCLUDING ANY PARTICIPANT’S, ANY POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNER’S, OR ANY ACCOMPANIED GUEST’S FAMILY OR HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS) WILL NOT BE EXPOSED TO OR INFECTED BY COVID-19.
